Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, manage, run employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns and events, to increase brand awareness of organization and drive call-to-action towards active career opportunities
- Work closely with the digital communications team and creative agencies to drive social media content planning and execution for organization’s career-centric social media and digital platforms including our corporate website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Glassdoor
- Plan, curate and/or develop digital content to create awareness, drive engagement and interest, and increase organization’s employer brand visibility and attractiveness
- Write reports to enter HR/Talent-related awards to increase eminence of the organization.
- Support in competitor analysis, regular reports for employer branding initiatives to measure progress, effectiveness, and constantly seek opportunities to improve them
- Support organization’s employee advocacy programme and other talent-related initiatives in partnership with the talent teams and business partners
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Mass Communication/ Marketing or any related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in employer/talent branding, corporate branding, digital marketing, Public Relation & communications, and/or recruitment marketing
- Experience in design/video editing tools such as adobe photoshop, illustrator, premiere pro or equivalent software to design branding collaterals
