Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development:Design, develop, test, and implement software programs within a backend architecture.
Oversee end-to-end technical design, development, and debugging to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Backend Infrastructure:Design and enhance backend infrastructure to advance technology capabilities.
Drive improvements in backend technology and guide the construction of technology solutions.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance:Ensure that software products meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
Align software design and development with the organization's business goals and technical vision.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with product managers, technical architects, developers, and testers to translate technical designs into functional code.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Background:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Programming Skills:Strong passion for programming with solid coding abilities and a good grasp of data structures and algorithms.
Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Go, PHP, C++, Java, or Node.js.
- Development Experience:Extensive experience in web, API, or service development.
Familiarity with core components such as Nginx, containers, Redis, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
Experience in designing and implementing high-traffic services. Financial or cryptocurrency development experience is preferred.
- Personal Attributes:Self-motivated with a strong eagerness to learn and tackle complex problems.
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player with a collaborative spirit.
