HR Executive (1 year contract)
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end processes for applying, renewing, and cancelling work passes, including Employment Passes (EP), S Passes, Dependant Passes, and related work permits.
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and timely submission of documents.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for all pass-related matters.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks, including preparation of letters, forms, and reports.
- Participate in HR projects or initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in applying for work passes and handling MOM-related documentation.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment regulations and MOM guidelines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and external authorities.
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
