Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Facilitate meetings/Calls with project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Manage project plans, incl. tracking of action items, risks and issues
- Communication to different internal and external project stakeholders (SAP Practice, SWO Sales, Microsoft, Country organizations)
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
- Tracking Program KPIs (esp. Customer wins, ACR consumption, employee certifications)
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information for different audiences (SWO management, Microsoft, others)
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
Required Skills & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field
- Project Management Certification (e.g. Scrum/Agile, Prince2, PMP)
- Experienced in Microsoft Office 365 Tooling (esp. Teams, Planner, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proven practical experience in project management/PMO for 3 years
- Ability to manage project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
- Strong communicator and stakeholder management skills
- Experience as an IT project manager
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner
- Experience with Azure/SAP is a plus
