Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare all mise en place as requested accordingly to the restaurant’s standard
- Cooking and service of food according to the restaurant’s quality and service standards
- Prepare ingredients and food items accordingly to recipes
- Minimise the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items
- Assist with checking, receiving and storing of goods and maintenance of storage areas
- Safety and cleanliness of all kitchen and food storage areas
- Ensuring high levels of kitchen team performance.
- Creating a harmonious environment amongst all staff within the restaurant
