Job Summary:
The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects involving Actimize software solutions. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in project management, experience with Actimize products, and a deep understanding of financial compliance and risk management. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery of Actimize software implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery within scope and deadlines.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and identifying areas for enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines within all projects.
- Guide and mentor project teams, providing direction and support to ensure high-quality delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or PMP certification is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably within the financial services or banking sector.
- Proven experience managing projects involving Actimize software (e.g., AML, Fraud, or Trading Surveillance solutions).
- Strong understanding of financial compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
