Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the marketing team to be focused in developing integrated, multi-channel
experiences and marketing campaigns (in consumer and professional marketing) using a
standardized approach, methodology and process. - Lead internal team to collect, integrate, analyse, interpret and present competitive intelligence,
customer data and translate it into actionable insights to drive business objectives. - Interface with cross functional teams to ensure marketing execution success through
systematic measurement and ultimately meeting KPIs. - Actively consult and collaborate with cross functional teams to develop strategic campaigns to
drive business growth opportunities. - Identify gaps in marketing tool kits for company and proactively devise plans to meet business
targets. - Actively track ROIs of each marketing campaigns and be quick and nimble to take
accountability to close gaps, cost management and drive revenue growth. - Identify, establish and promote best practice to leverage for team and in the region.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Business, marketing or related field.
- Possess healthcare industry experience will be preferred.
- At least 8 years previous experience in business, marketing and data analytics roles.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Dealing with ambiguity, processing complexity and anticipating future needs.
