Responsibilities
- Submission of completed Government Paid Childcare/Paternity/Shared Parental Leave to MSF portal for claims reimbursement
- Reconciliation of MSF claims and grants to ensure correct charging the correct cost centre
- Follow Up with MSF for any queries or additional requests by MSF
- Conduct audit checks for leave applications backend to ensure staff are adhering to compliance (for example verifying MCs submitted are accordance to sick leave period)
- Any other assigned ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience. Entry level are welcomed to apply for Junior position.
- Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
- IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data
- Organized, meticulous and proactive
