Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our smart metering solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing customer relationships. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, marketing strategy, and technical understanding of smart metering products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and engage potential customers in the energy, utilities, and IoT sectors.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement sales strategies to expand the market share of smart metering solutions.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote smart metering products through various channels (online, social media, events).
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to adjust sales and marketing efforts.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create brochures, case studies, and presentations.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product developments and assist in training customers on smart metering solutions.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the energy or IoT industry.
- Knowledge of smart metering products or IoT solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge of LoRaWAN knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office
