- Develop a thorough technical knowledge of our complete range of products
- Responsible for preparing quotation and propose according to customers' requirements
- Plan sales visits, customer calls
- Service existing clients and proactively identify and develop new customers
- Conduct product demonstration and presentation to customers
- Follow up on sales lead, purchase orders and deliveries
- Conduct product training to customers
- Provide sales pipeline reports to product’s principal.
- Provide post sale and presale application and sales support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customer’s needs.
- Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.
- Perform product evaluation/trouble shooting at customer’s site
- Perform product repair evaluation report prior sending to local service centre for repair
- Perform inspection works at site
- Update latest products information and company’s events on social media, i.e. LinkedIn and others.
- Participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
