Responsibilities
- Oversees the set-up and operation of a station/section in the F&B outlets.
- Assists Restaurant Manager to ensure achieve highest service standard / guests sastisfaction
- Provides excellent service at all times to all of our guests. Cultivate service mindset to the team members through daily briefing / regular training
- Possess extensive knowledge of food & beverage menusincluding liquors and cocktails.
- Serves food in in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensures cleanliness and work safety in food preparation and service areas.
- Handles complaints and reports to the managers for proper follow up.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments
Pre-Requisitions
Proactive, innovative with in depth Food & Beverage and market knowledge.
- A team player, Proactive and innovative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possesses with certifcate or diploma in hospitality or related field
- At lease 4 years’ experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Service oriented.
