Overview:We are seeking an AI and Analytics Specialist to find innovative ways to apply artificial intelligence and analytics to real-world Wealth Management challenges. You will work on enhancing client offerings or improving internal processes, constantly pushing the boundaries of how AI can be leveraged to drive value in a dynamic financial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the data hub team to deliver AI-driven data transformation projects.
- Understand business requirements and develop analytical solutions to address key business problems.
- Use design thinking to identify user pain points and areas where advanced analytics, such as Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing, can drive value.
- Design and develop machine learning models tailored to financial services.
- Build advanced analytics workflows, including feature engineering, model development, and insight visualization.
- Create dashboards for data storytelling and insights consumption.
- Develop reusable analytical assets to support various projects.
- Work with business and analytics teams to operationalize models and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure model relevance and accuracy.
- Clearly communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong strategic thinking around AI’s business value.
- Initiative and resilience to succeed in a highly regulated environment.
- Expertise in machine learning, NLP, clustering algorithms, and feature engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and tools like pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, pytorch, and Flask.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Scientific approach to experimentation and solution evaluation.
- A portfolio of previous AI projects or Kaggle competition experience is a plus.
- Degree holder.
