Job Description:
- Respond to renewal sales inquiries via phone and email, and reach out to new and existing customers.
- Prepare renewal quotes using Excel and Business Central.
- Collaborate with teams like Maintenance, Presales, and Procurement to ensure a smooth renewal process.
- Create and manage renewal contracts (MSAs).
- Follow up on renewal opportunities and close deals on time.
- Recommend the best solutions and service plans to prevent customer churn.
- Work with internal teams to develop renewal strategies.
- Source quotes from vendors and upsell multiyear renewals and managed services.
- Generate reports using available systems and data when needed.
- Suggest improvements to the renewal process as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in commercial negotiation and achieving renewal targets.
- Proven ability to forecast accurately.
- Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and work well in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Business Central.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and good at follow-up.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and be an expert in daily processes.
