Software Manager (Team Lead)
As a Software Manager , you will be part of a team that will be tasked to implement Projects and liaise with vendors and Business Users and the team on System Requirement, documentation and Software Developement.
Job Scope:
• Solid experience in handling Software Development and Project Management.
• Experience in handling Project Management Life Cycle.
• Involved in Project Management, Design and Application Development.
• Well versed in handling Vendor and Business Users.
• Solid involvement in Software Development Life Cycle.
• Good in Software / Application experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Software/ Application Development.
• Good implementation and production support experience in (C/C++).
• Strong in handling SDLCs and Project Management.
• Ability the handle Project schedule, planning and design.
• Minimum. 8 years of Software Management experience.
• Minimum Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in in vendor management and managing different level of vendors and stakeholders.
• Good in Team Management experiene.
• Prior experience in leading a team of more than 10 members.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and work under stressful environment.
