As a Recruitment Consultant at WOLA Recruitment, based in Singapore, you will play a crucial role in connecting top talent with our clients. You will be responsible for various aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring the right candidates are matched with the right roles. This dynamic role requires a blend of interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job advertisements across diverse platforms to attract candidates for various job openings.
- Source potential candidates using databases, social media, and other resources.
- Evaluate resumes and applications through phone and face-to-face interviews.
- Skillfully match candidates to positions based on their qualifications and expertise.
- Establish and maintain relationships with job seekers, offering career guidance and support.
- Facilitate and finalize employment agreements between candidates and clients.
Job Requirements:
- Must hold a CEI (Basic/ KAH) certification.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Possess a confident and pleasant personality to engage with candidates and clients professionally.
- At least 2 years of Recruitment Consultant experiences.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends and best practices.
