Our client is looking for a marketing executive to manage their software product portfolio and support healthcare customers in Singapore and distributors across APAC. This is also a suitable role for a candidate with technical background who wants to venture into a commercial role.
Responsibilities
- Pre-launch, launch, & post-launch activities, market adoption, and project execution.
- Support the marketing department of a company in coordinating all marketing efforts
- Translate science, technology, & customer requirements into marketing messages and product positioning
- Ensure materials to be economically published and distributed.
- Support when team participates in seminars, industry exhibitions, and other related events to promote the company and portfolio branding and services.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from Medical Affairs, Regional marketing and Legal
- Develop high impact marketing and educational programs leading to brand conversion
- implementation of product initiatives, including launch of new products & services, introducing product enhancements, and coordinating pricing modifications
- Support resolution of customer complaints and corrective/preventive actions across a professional and timely manner
- Provide training and presentation to customers and distributors
- Provide and maintain excellent customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved at all times.
- Explore solutions to fit the product software with the customer IT environment e.g. network diagrams, software specifications, IT security, etc
Requirements
- Relevant education background
- Candidates with experience in HL7/ DICOM/ XML/ AQL/ Middleware/ VM/ HIS/ EMR would be advantageous
- At least 1 year of experience in the digital health or software development industry, along with at least 1 year of experience in health IT system implementation and support.
- Energetic, dedicated with strong presentation skills.
