My Client is a leading stable firm in Singapore.
The Application Development & Support team is responsible for all aspects of application lifecycle management, including development, modification, maintenance, and support. As an IT Support Analyst, you will report to the Application/Technical Team Lead and will:
- Conduct analysis, development, testing, and implementation of software systems.
- Manage enhancement requests from internal users, such as automating Excel workflows and improving report functionalities.
- Work in close collaboration with other internal IT teams (e.g., Security, Infrastructure) to address and resolve technical issues, and report findings to managers or the team leader.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computing or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in programming and systems analysis.
- Basic understanding of equity trading and middle/back-office operations.
- Skilled in Oracle DB, MS SQL, Crystal Reports, C#, .NET, PowerShell, Visual Basic, Python, and Java.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven with a history of successful outcomes.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at clear communication, with the ability to excel under pressure.
