Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the PXP team within the Southeast Asia geography.
  • Provide inputs or drive and influence policy / process changes in collaboration with other HR leads in SEA countries.
  • Collaborate with other business line HR teams to deliver a consistent and positive One JLL experience for all team members.
  • Connect the talent strategy with the strategic priorities of the business, utilizing data analytics and insights to measure success.
  • Support transition, expansion and stabilization of new business with particular focus on the employee experience.
  • Partner with Regional HR Partners to understand and advocate regional HR requirements to contribute to the development and evolution of the people experience culture.
  • Activate and facilitate JLL's global and regional policies, processes, and tools that support moments that matter across a team member's experience including Hiring; Onboarding; Performance Review; Performance Management; Promotion; Etc.
  • Ensure globally inclusive People programs, policies, and processes, considering local culture, language, and statutory requirements. Partner with in-country HR teams and navigate a highly matrixed HR & business organization to implement and deliver the programs.
  • Support enterprise-wide incentive initiatives and implement change management plans tailored to the specific needs of the business lines and local geographies.
  • Drive the talent lifecycle by implementing and overseeing center-led programs, ensuring successful implementation in different geographies and talent segments. Lead and coordinate the talent Management cyclical activities including Goal Setting, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Year-End & Compensation Planning
  • Identify and recommend efficiencies in the employee life cycle – using touchpoints and handoffs to other HR stakeholders.
  • Lead the annual compensation process, driving continuous improvements and ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Champion JLL values, culture, and leadership behaviours, embedding them in our people practices.
  • Drive a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes a sense of belonging and value where every voice is heard.
  • Partner with HR Product colleagues to create and deliver best-in-class HR resources, processes and overall experiences.
  • Act as a key member of the business lines' leadership teams, providing HR expertise and insights. Consult, advise and coach business stakeholders.
  • Forge relationships with senior leaders and top talent, supporting ongoing talent conversations with leadership about capabilities, aspirations, and development opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture the leadership pipeline, including identifying and grooming successors for leadership talent and future pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to deliver top-quality recruitment services to our leaders and clients.
  • Lead ad hoc projects impacting business results and experience moments.
  • Collaborate with Employee Relations team to manage complex employee relations situations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering.
  • Demonstrated experience in activating people priorities to support business growth and implementing with measurable results.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching HR teams in different geographies.
  • At least 6 years’ experience working across multiple countries, especially in Singapore and other Southeast Asia countries.
  • Strong knowledge of the full HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, and compensation.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization, with the ability to navigate complex structures.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and establish credibility with senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations across different geographies and strong employee relations, talent landscape and government liaison experience in Singapore.
