Rigging & Marine Services Pte Ltd, “RMS” was established in 1992, serving both the marine and O&G sectors. Presently, RMS has acquired a formidable amount of experience and skillset as well as an excellent reputation in the field of load testing and marine services.
Candidates are expected to:
- Handle general administrative and clerical duties
- Maintain HR/Admin documentation, including data entry and filing
- Update daily, weekly and monthly attendance report
- Compute overtime for workers
- Assist with work pass applications and monitor expiry dates
- Manage employees' leaves and claims
- Renew and update company contracts, agreements and licenses
- Assisting with the management of QOHS System (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including phone screenings and face-to-face interviews
- Ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with internal departments for ordering pantries, toiletries, and stationeries
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative or event-related duties if required
Requirements:
- Only Singaporeans
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- At least 2 years of experience in HR
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5:15pm
- Alternate-Saturdays: 8.00am to 12.00pm (work-from-home arrangement)
