HR (80%)
- Payroll support - Download the Clocking Data
- Working with the OP Team to check the attendance and follow up documentation.
- Finding up info eg new HR policy like paternity leave. Understand the policy and recommend how to set up the policy
- Update outsource regardingNew Hires
Termination - follow up on the last payroll processing
Confirmation Appraisal
HR Letters
Insurance update (new/termination)
EPOS add/edit or delete
Stationery
MOM etc surveys
Halal Cert follow up
Woking with the Grant consultant, submit appeal and follow up on the grant submission, if any
Asst Op team to run daily or ad hoc reports
Others admin duties as assigned
Finance (20%)
- Submit and follow up invoice
- Follow up on Petty Cash
- Helping with the Cash Deposit, if any
- Working with the Finance Team to prepare Mgt Report eg Daily Sale Channel; Ingredients Report
- Applying bank token
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- F&B industry preferred
- Using Xero for Finance, Excel for HR
