Our client, a leading distributor of welding equipment seeks to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (“Hunter”)to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
** Requirements and Scope:**
-Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and/or engineering industry
-Possess outgoing personality
-Willing to travel around Singapore most of the time
-Self-motivator
-Has the passion for sales and people management
-Good sales track record
-Own vehicle
-Working closely with Management to achieve sales objectives
-Leading a team of Sales Executives in achieving sales objectives
-Responsible for all face-to-face sales interactions with clients onsite
-First line of contact for new clients
-Maintains and update client profile in customer relationship management (CRM) database
-Establishing contact and rapport with potential clients to provide premium customer relationship
-Monitors market trends and client behaviors and working closely with HOD, Business Development and Marketing Team to come up with new initiatives
-Develop objectives and key performance indicators (KPI) for the team and leading them to achieve business growth
-Generate new sales leads (“Hunter”)
-Generate weekly sales report
-Monitors tender leads and participates in the bidding
-Building and maintaining customer relationships and ensures customer satisfaction
-Supports Management in any trade shows, conference, meetings, activities with Principals and Clients
