Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook assigned Korean/Japanese dishes as per the menu, ensuring consistency and high quality.
- Keep the kitchen area, cooking equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized at all times.
- Process all food according to company guidelines and local government regulations.
- Ensure the safe operation of all kitchen equipment and report any issues to superiors immediately.
- Follow hygiene and safety regulations set by the company, clients, and government bodies.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior to support kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N level or related certification.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Korean or Japanese cuisine.
- Passion for cooking with a strong willingness to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and teamwork skills.
