Job Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing and effective communication materials (e.g., electronic direct mail (EDMs), newsletters, internal memos, and other engagement content).
- Ensure the messages conveyed in the communication materials are clear and concise, complementing the visual designs to enhance overall communication effectiveness.
- Perform basic monitoring and analysis of engagement material performance metrics (e.g., tracking click-through rates).
- Provide support in the development and maintenance of SharePoint pages.
- Project manage all deliverables to ensure they are on track, on time, and aligned with the brief (e.g., new EDMs/infographics or updating existing event invitations).
- Ensure all relevant parties are kept informed about the project's progress and delivery dates.
- Support the delivery and administration of projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to implement, monitor, and track administrative records, assist in preparation for events, manage event bookings, and support deployment and engagement.
- Provide procurement support, which includes seeking and comparing quotations in compliance with organizational procurement guidelines.
- Support the procurement of prizes (e.g., vouchers) for events and quizzes.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to relevant data initiatives for reporting.
- Perform any other administrative duties or tasks as assigned.
Requirement
- A diploma in Graphic Design or any relevant diploma from a recognized institution, or 3 years of work experience, including 1 year in Project Management and 1 year in creating presentation decks and communication materials.
- At least experienced in designing effective and visually appealing communication materials (e.g., EDMs, newsletters, internal memos, and other engagement content).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant software.
- Must provide a portfolio with a minimum of 5 work samples/projects highlighting previous work in communication design and engagement.
- Strong communication skills, a team player, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office.
