KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR function, including HR recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits and other HR operations
- Ensures company’s HR policies, rules and regulations are in compliance with local and national regulations
- Prepares and generates miscellaneous and monthly HR management reports
- Provides sound HR advise to Top Management
- Prepares budget of HR operations
- Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rates
- Monitors and maintains the list of supply labor resources
- Establishes and maintains the competency matrix for staffs and identifies the training needs
- Handles staff and worker matters and escalates to Top Management if required
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
1. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Proven work experience in HR management roles, preferably with a focus on workers or tradesmen.
2. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
3. PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
