Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, executing, and managing weekly programs across centres.
- Recruiting and training of volunteers
- Screening, orienting, and training volunteers.
- Providing on-the-job monitoring and training for key volunteers.
- Identifying and coaching mentor volunteers.
- Engage in collaboration with parents, pre-schools and stakeholders.
- Organise special holiday programme for children
- Administrative tasks and writing reports
Requirements:
- Diploma in Education/ Early childhood Education or relevant related qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience with young children will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate to work with parents and children.
- Able to work on Saturday morning
