Responsibility:
• Be the first touch point for the company’s new clients
• Source and generate new leads through referrals, marketing calls, networking events and partnerships with internal as well as external stakeholders
• Ability to handle cold calling and target list creation.
• Be able to engage with a customer to understand their requirements and pain points.
• Provide good customer service to clients by understanding their needs and directing them to the respective relevant department
• Engage in ongoing conversations with new clients to understand their needs and requirements to assess how EVO is able to help these clients to transform their existing IT Systems and Processes
• Share about EVO’s services and offerings and evoke propsect’s interest in them
• Provide accurate information regarding the benefits and privileges that the client will enjoy as a customer of EVO
• Assists Sales Division with submitting competitive pricing and global RFQ, RFP and RFI
• Work together and coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure effective customer onboarding
• Responsible the updating of all rates (costs, tariffs, surcharges, local charges etc.) regularly
• Prepare and submit on-time and accurate weekly and monthly reports
• Comply with all regulations and controls as set by the company and external regulatory authorities
