Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy by conducting thorough analyses of both internal and external factors, including market solutions, tools, and competitor strategies.
• Manage the creative assets and ads contents to drive digital marketing activities effectively.
• Drive the establishment and enhancement of one internal Digital Marketing process, providing support to business owners within the trade and marketing teams.
• Conduct analysis of Digital Marketing performance and evaluate ROI.
• Integrate with internal CRM platforms to maximize the efficiency of Digital Marketing activities
• Improve and automate digital marketing processes, while leveraging on customer-related data for enhanced effectiveness.
• Support other work-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Min. Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline.
• Strong Data handling and analytics skills.
• Experience in trade/marketing within the container shipping industry.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Experience with Paid Media Ads handling such as Google, SNS Ads preferred.
• Work experience in digital marketing, yield management and data analysis preferred.
• Google Analytics and data handling experience will be an advantage.
