Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager to take charge of our paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels. Your primary focus will be to drive user acquisition and maximize the lifetime value (LTV) of our mobile games.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns to attract high-quality users for our mobile games.
- Optimize campaign performance across various platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) to achieve key KPIs, including user growth, cost per install (CPI), and LTV.
- Manage and optimize campaigns on mobile ad networks like Applovin, Unity Ads, and other platforms with programmatic capabilities to drive efficient user acquisition at scale.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand gaming trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape in target markets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative design team to develop compelling ad creatives tailored to each market.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Leverage Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust to track and analyze the performance of user acquisition campaigns, ensuring accurate attribution and data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
- Proven at least 3-5 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and mobile ad networks like Applovin.
- Strong understanding of the mobile gaming industry, with a focus on user acquisition and LTV optimization.
- Proficiency in using Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Adjust for campaign tracking, analysis, and attribution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in LATAM and Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
