Responsibilities:
Learning and Development Coordination:
• Develop and implement a dynamic learning and development plan aligning with organizational goals.
• Coordinate and manage training sessions, both in-house and external, ensuring they meet the staff’s needs and organizational objectives.
• Regularly assess training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
Training Support and Administration:
• Provide ongoing support to managers and employees regarding training needs and career development.
• Maintain meticulous training records and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Manage administrative tasks related to training and development, including scheduling and logistics.
Organizational Well-Being and Diversity Initiatives:
• Collaborate with the Head of HR to conduct regular staff surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and well-being.
• Actively work on initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
• Implement action plans based on survey results to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for all staff members.
• Maintain corporate accounts for new hires and manage transitions for departing staff.
HR Support and Engagement:
• Assist in managing and processing staff claims and inquiries.
• Contribute to the preparation of HR reports and handle the HR mailbox.
• Support and organize staff engagement activities and other HR-related projects.
