Job Responsibility
- Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Managing employee relations, including handling inquiries, resolving disputes, and conducting performance reviews
- Processing monthly payroll via HRMS, including calculation of overtime, deduction, etc.
- Perform in CPF submission and preparation of tax submission and clearance (IR8A & IR21)
- Develop, implement and execute effective HR policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Providing HR advisory services to all employees
- Contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Submitting government claim, survey when necessary
- Support general office management and administrative duties
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Generalist, with payroll processing experience
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and understanding of Singapore employment laws
- Display strong initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong eye for accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
