Finance
Including but not limited to
- Assist to optimising and support the financial results set as quarterly target by the Management
- Assist in administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and sales reporting
- Assist to manage daily office tasks including but not limited to petty cash handling, and task management
- Maintain the structure of company accounts, including profit and loss.
- Coordinate monthly and yearly financial accounts.
Human Resource
Including but not limited to
- Assist to manage general human resource management and office administrative functions
- Application of work permits & related administrations
- Assist to perform HR duties not limited to employee commission & payroll preparation
- Assist to manage compliance, license and government and work permit employment, including visa application, tenancy & contracts
- Sourcing & application of grants suitable and eligible for the company
- Monthly rostering for operations team
