Job Overview
The Marketing & Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in both promoting the clinic’s services and driving business growth. In addition to managing the clinic’s marketing activities, you will work on identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding the clinic’s reach within the community. This role is perfect for someone who has a deep interest in psychology and mental health, along with the skills to combine marketing expertise with business development to drive clinic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing: Lead online marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, content creation, email marketing, and paid advertising, with a focus on mental health and wellness.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and educational content (blog posts, social media, newsletters) that aligns with our mission and enhances public understanding of psychological services.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote services, workshops, podcasts, and other clinic initiatives.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms to increase engagement, educate the community on mental health topics, and promote clinic services.
- Event Promotion: Assist in promoting and organizing webinars, workshops, and community events focused on mental health education.
Business Development Responsibilities
- Partnership Development: Identify and build relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and wellness organizations to generate referrals and collaboration opportunities.
- Client Acquisition: Develop strategies to attract new clients through targeted outreach, lead generation, and referral programs.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities and areas for service expansion.
- Networking: Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the clinic’s visibility and create new business leads.
- Service Development: Work closely with clinical staff to develop and market new services, workshops, or therapy programs that meet emerging client needs.
- Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the clinic’s leadership team to develop and implement business growth strategies that align with the clinic’s mission and objectives.
- Revenue Generation: Focus on initiatives that drive revenue growth while maintaining a strong commitment to mental health and client well-being.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or healthcare-related fields.
- Passion for mental health, psychology, and promoting wellness.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and business growth initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, Mailchimp, WordPress).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams while driving business objectives.
