Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for semi sensors and software to customers and fabs.
- Install, train, and maintain sensors on and off-site.
- Troubleshoot hardware performance issues and conduct equipment audits.
- Attend customer meetings and discussions for escalations and new opportunities.
- Establish a regular presence in key semiconductor fabs.
- Network to identify business issues solvable by sensor products and build rapport with key contacts.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer needs and develop value propositions.
- Communicate technical requirements with Product & Account Management and develop custom solutions.
- Work with other offices to explore new opportunities.
- Create recipes and analyze data for Fault Detection and Classification (FDC).
- Provide technical assistance and perform data analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE) based on ROI.
Requirements
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing, process control systems, factory automation, and statistical process control is a plus.
- Occasional international travel.
