Morgan McKinley is seeking an Tech Support Specialist for a 12 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to product administrators via a ticket management system, adhering to SLAs.
- Communicate with customers through email, live chat, screen sharing, and phone support.
- Troubleshoot and log customer issues using internal technical tools.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams for swift resolution.
- Manage more than 20 tickets per day, performing escalation and incident management duties.
- Identify trends and escalate issues outside support scope.
- Utilize internal and external resources for effective communication.
- Maintain privacy and security standards when sharing information.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest workflow improvements.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge in web technologies, Identity and Access Management, APIs, integrations, webhooks, live streaming, mail servers, networks
- 2+ years supporting enterprise-level customers via multiple channels.
- Proficiency with Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Microsoft Suite, and ticket management software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Self-managing with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize more than 20 complex tickets daily.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments and constant changes.
- Confident communicator with strong empathy and cultural awareness.
- This candidate should have business-level proficiency in Japanese is greatly advantageous as this will be liaising with Japanese-speaking suppliers and stakeholders.
