- To be assistant chef in a staff canteen, and willing to do shift work if need be (with relevant allowance given)
- Need experience in F&B sector and to undergo interview and "cooking try-out" at our staff kitchen.
- Supervise kitchen sections in the absence of Chef De Partie.
- Ensure food temperature stays safe.
- Prepare ingredients, wash vegetables, clean, cut, and assist the Chef.
- Monitor personal hygiene, uniform cleanliness, and workstation sanitation.
- Help with refrigerator cleaning and workstation setup
