The General ManagerIndian Cuisine Operations is a critical management role to oversee the Indian cuisine operations. The role reports to Director business development of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
· Profit & Loss management
· Developing unique restaurant recipe involving a) North Indian cuisine, Indian Chinese Cuisine & c) Indian sweets
· Menu engineering
· Sourcing high quality ingredients
· Marketing development
· Inventory management
· Social media startegy & execution
· Managing staff up to 15, both chefs & service staff
· Complying to SFA requirements
· Maintain high standards of food safety, food quality, and food hygiene.
Key Requirements:
· 10-15 years of working experience managing Indian cuisine including Indian Chineseindependently.
· Proven track record of managing restaurants of similar size
· Experience of working in Singapore
· Ability to work in multi cuisine kitchen & restaurant environment.
· Experience in cooking Mexican/Arabic cuisine is an added advantage.
· Experience in managing F&B franchaise model
Qualifications / Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Formal culinary training certification
· Profit & Loss management
· Indian cuisine Menu Engineering
· Demonstrated knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
· Understanding of menu and recipe development techniques
· Experience of using ERP & Accounting system
