Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee social media channels and strategy, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Develop and execute e-commerce advertising strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, handling logistics and vendor management.
- Support marketing operations, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or event coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Interest in the science of mental well-being or positive psychology
- Display two non-exhaustive qualities: Growth Mindset and Learning Agility
Selection Process
Please take note that there will be 2 interviews if selected:
- 1st Interview (45 mins, Online) to get to know each other
- 2nd interview (3 hours) where you will work on a mock marketing campaign
