Job Summary:
As a Senior Channel Sales / Business Development Manager specializing in CCTV, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic planning, execution, and relationship-building. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, recommend appropriate CCTV products to channel customers, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. This role requires a proactive approach to exploring new sales opportunities with partners and distributors in your assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Responsible for the sales of CCTV products to channel customers, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
- Product Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend relevant CCTV products to meet the needs of channel customers.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Business Development: Actively explore and secure new sales opportunities with potential partners and distributors.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain close, long-term relationships with existing clients and prospects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Partnership Building: Build and maintain strong partnerships and relationships with partner companies to enhance sales opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a salesperson in a distributor setting is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to speak in Chinese is required for liaising with China HQ counterparts and personnel on work or project-related matters.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Contract: 3 Months Contract to Permanent
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
