HR Assistant

Job Description:

  • Support recruitment and hiring processes, including posting advertisements and arranging interviews.
  • Liaise with job recruitment agencies and portals for recruitment or job fairs.
  • Assist in all recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct reference or background checks.
  • Consolidate training records and register training for staffs.
  • Maintain and update the HR database and HR partners; contact lists.
  • Review and facilitate staff confirmation.
  • Foster a positive company culture and assist in staff engagement activities.
  • Support HR business partners or business units in HR matters.
  • Administer all leave types which include statutory leave claim processing eg Childcare/Maternity/Paternity and NS claim processing.
  • Administer all training and statutory grants.
  • Handle all overtime, off-in-lieu, medical claims and other staff benefits.
  • Update HR policies and organisation chart.
  • Plan, create contents and disseminate HR Monthly updates.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience. Fresh school graduates are welcome.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Able to adapt to fast-moving work environment.
  • Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and highly motivated individual.
