Job Description:
- Support recruitment and hiring processes, including posting advertisements and arranging interviews.
- Liaise with job recruitment agencies and portals for recruitment or job fairs.
- Assist in all recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Conduct reference or background checks.
- Consolidate training records and register training for staffs.
- Maintain and update the HR database and HR partners; contact lists.
- Review and facilitate staff confirmation.
- Foster a positive company culture and assist in staff engagement activities.
- Support HR business partners or business units in HR matters.
- Administer all leave types which include statutory leave claim processing eg Childcare/Maternity/Paternity and NS claim processing.
- Administer all training and statutory grants.
- Handle all overtime, off-in-lieu, medical claims and other staff benefits.
- Update HR policies and organisation chart.
- Plan, create contents and disseminate HR Monthly updates.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Minimum Certificate in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience. Fresh school graduates are welcome.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Able to adapt to fast-moving work environment.
- Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills.
- Positive, proactive, and highly motivated individual.
