Main Responsibilities:
- Business development for new clients, communicate with clients to understand their hiring requirements
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes / performing phone interviews with candidates
- Making recommendations to hiring managers and present shortlisted candidate profile summaries
- Arrange client-candidate meetings, following up on interview process status and closing the job positions
Requirements:
- Possess Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Basic)
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, business development or related industry
