Position Overview:
As a Relationship Manager at Elyx Health, you will be the primary point of contact for our ultra high net worth patients, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing their unique needs, and ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. Your role will involve understanding client preferences, coordinating with various departments to deliver tailored solutions, and upholding the luxury and exclusivity that defines Elyx Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with ultra high net worth patients, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
- Personalised Service: Understand and anticipate client needs, preferences, and health goals to provide customised solutions and enhance their overall experience.
- Coordination: Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, including scheduling appointments, coordinating treatments, and addressing any special requests.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring that clients’ needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Client Engagement: Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and identify opportunities for enhancing their experience.
- Service Enhancement: Identify and implement improvements to client service processes, ensuring that Elyx Health remains at the pinnacle of luxury and excellence in healthcare.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding client information and personal details.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions, satisfaction levels, and any emerging trends or issues to the senior management team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role, preferably within a luxury or high-net-worth service environment.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
- Client Focus: Strong commitment to delivering a superior client experience and managing complex, high-expectation scenarios.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in luxury service management or client relations are a plus.
