*Job Summary:*
The F&B Manager is responsible for leading the food and beverage team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high-quality standards in food, beverage, and service. This role oversees daily operations, menu planning, inventory management, and staff development.

1. *Leadership:* Lead, train, and develop a high-performing F&B team.
2. *Operations:* Manage daily F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, and room service.
3. *Menu Planning:* Develop and implement menus, promotions, and pricing strategies.
4. *Inventory Management:* Control food, beverage, and supply costs.
5. *Customer Service:* Ensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues promptly.
6. *Quality Control:* Maintain high-quality standards in food, beverage, and service.
7. *Revenue Growth:* Drive sales growth through effective marketing, promotions, and upselling.
8. *Budgeting:* Manage F&B budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
*Requirements:*
1. *Education:* Bachelor's degree ior diploma n Hospitality, Food Service, or related field.
2. *Experience:* minimum 6 months of F&B management experience in a hotel, restaurant, or resort or willingness to learn and passionate to work in food space.
3. *Skills:*
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Basic accounting and budgeting knowledge.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
4. *Certifications:* Food Safety Certification, Hospitality Certification or equivalent or ready to do.
5. *Language:* Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
