Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a Assistant Restaurant Manager who can embody these values.


As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you shall support the Restaurant Manager in all areas of responsibilities in day-to-day activities and covering all managerial duties in their absence, including the following Job Definition and Description of duties:


a. Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.

b. Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling following company policies.

c. Conduct outlet briefings and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery that is aligned with ÁTIPICO’s standards.

d. Promptly addressing and resolving any issues or complaints, professionally.

e. Ensure the team’s grooming standards are being met and maintained to demonstrate a professional image of the company.

f. Develop the team through coaching and mentoring.

g. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

h. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.

i. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor and employment laws.

j. Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation

k. Prepare operations reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

l. Manage restaurant reservations and maximise profitability by increasing turnovers.

m. Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.


Requirements and skills:

Minimum 2 years of F&B experience at a managerial/supervisory level

Willingness to work on rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.

Extensive knowledge in food & beverages.

Service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment

Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
