Job Description
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain contact lists and handle correspondence.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for vendors.
- Liaise with executives to handle requests and queries from managers and director.
- Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research, gather information, and negotiate event package prior to closing any deals.
- Provide feedback and periodic reports.
- Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality.
- Organise manage all event details such as decor, F&B, entertainment, logistics, etc.
- Prepare event logistic planning and event order
- Cooperate with Marcom to promote and publicize events.
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
- Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.
- Research market, identify event opportunities, and generate interest.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Sports Management or equivalent
- Organized and possesses swimming/sports knowledge
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in swimming and sports programme administration and coordination of swim and sports meets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Can easily multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong organisational, communications and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) is a plus.
