Liven Nutrients is a fertiliser trading company established in 2022 through a joint venture between Liven Agrichem and PRL Global (an Australian Stock Exchange-listed company).
As part of our business development plans, we are now looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive. You will play an instrumental role in charting new directions when it comes to the financial aspects of the company. You are a thinker, a planner, and a creator. Main responsibilities include:
- Handle the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Liaise and build relationships with banks, lawyers, auditors, the board of directors, and other business stakeholders.
- Supervise the accounts & finance staff of the China Office. You must be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Carry out financial analysis.
- Review new financial policies.
- Prepare monthly or annual reports for use by the Management.
- Assist in financial planning.
- Assist in the management of the company’s tax and budget.
- Cover for the Accountant in their absence.
- Contribute towards the continuous improvement in the Accounts & Finance section's processes and procedures.
- Support the company's goal by ensuring that its financial position guarantees success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field of study, from a reputable university.
- At least 1 year working or internship experience in a similar role.
- Excellent spoken and written communication (English and Mandarin Chinese) skills.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Confident and pleasant looking.
- Modern thinking.
