Chef
Chef oversees all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Responsibilities may also include menu planning, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
Provide culinary guidance to team members when required.
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned or directed by management.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Vocational Certificates or equivalent
Required language(s) : English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
Working hours : 10am to 6pm (6 days work week)
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
Strong leadership, organization, and culinary skills are essential for this role.
