Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and lead the restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations.
- Assist in daily restaurant management, focusing on delivering a seamless guest experience.
- Manage and maintain inventory and supplies, ensuring accurate ordering and stock levels.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to enhance restaurant performance.
- Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, and reporting.
