Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Supervision: Oversee café/bar employees
2. Bar Operations: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following established recipes and standards. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
3. Cashier: To perform duties at the cashier/ POS system.
Service Duties:
Ensure the café/bar is clean and running smoothly.
Taking customer order for alcoholic and non-alcoholic (hot & cold) drinks.
Comply with all health, safety and sanitation regulations as well as food hygiene standards.
Must be able to stand for extended periods in a Café/Bar environment
Providing high quality customer service
Willingness to carry out any other duties as required by the operation.
Promote beverage to customers and upselling
Qualifications:
Required to have Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in F&B outlets. Previous proven experience as F&B Supervisor or similar role is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in brewing local traditional coffee and tea is a plus
Basic math skills for handling transactions are essential.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred.
Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
