Responsibilities:
- Assists in maintenance and compliance of QOHSE & ISO standards
- Including, but not limited to gathering and monitoring of data, monitoring of vendor compliance and keeping records of inspections.
- Co-ordination between QOHSE and other Departments in implementing management procedures
- Assists to comply with ISO standards, QOHSE regulations and other compliance issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of QOHSE activities, incidents, audits, inspections, and compliance documentation for internal purposes and regulatory reporting.
- Co-ordinating with suppliers and contractors to ensure that they comply with relevant standards and regulations prior to entry to our yard for works.
- Assists in implementation of security and ISPS related compliance.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any Engineering discipline preferred.
- Computer literate with high proficiency in MS Office.
- Bilingual with effective communications skills and ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
- Well organised with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Applicants must be willing to work near Tuas area.
