• Reporting to General Manager to manage brand’s websites, social media accounts and CRM
• Take ownership in managing brand’s various e-stores including order management (fulfilments/exchanges/returns), content updates, customer service, etc.
• Develop online and offline sales/marketing strategies and initiatives to increase revenue/engagement.
• Ensure products are well-merchandised and displayed at store in good condition, promotion materials are well-displayed.
• Develop content marketing strategies to establish authority in jewellery care.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, engagement with retailers, journalists, and influencers, live streamers.
• Develop wholesale business; engage with retailers; conduct product training for retailers’ sales staff; monitor stock at retailer level.
• Hire and manage part-time promoters at retailers.
• Drive brand-led events, coordination and management of pop-up activities, retailer events etc.
Requirements:
• Ecommerce, brand management and business development experience in a similar industry is highly preferred. Knowledge of jewellery is a plus
• Operational management experience with Lazada and Shopee a MUST. Working with Tik Tok live streamers strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the product. Must be willing to support /standby during live streaming.
• Experienced candidates with potential for development will be considered for an Assistant Manager position with wider portfolios
• Monthly salary + AWS + Mobile allowances + Commissions
